Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all South Carolina counties, Allendale County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (72.77%), followed by Williamsburg County (64.2%), and Lee County (63.69%).
