Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all South Carolina counties, Allendale County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (73.37%), followed by Williamsburg County (65.49%), and Lee County (64.07%).
