Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (29.42%), followed by Hamilton County (26.16%), and Franklin County (24.41%).
