Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (29.4%), followed by Hamilton County (25.63%), and Franklin County (21.14%).
