Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (29.55%), followed by Hamilton County (25.95%), and Franklin County (21.96%).
