New Kent County had the highest net domestic migration rate (44.37) followed by Goochland County (39.51), and Highland County (25.78). On the other hand, Manassas Park city had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-25.96), followed by Manassas city (-16.83), and Alexandria city (-16.83).
