Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (272,255), followed by Davidson County (100,832), and Hamilton County (37,756).

On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (8), followed by Hancock County (18), and Unicoi County (20).
