Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Illinois Hispanic White alone female population was 910,696; and represented 13.89% of the total Illinois female population in 2011.

Cook County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (561,924), followed by Kane County (71,535), and Lake County (61,970).

On the other hand, Brown County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (18), followed by Calhoun County (20), and Scott County (21).
