Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Illinois Hispanic White alone female population was 932,541; and represented 14.20% of the total Illinois female population in 2013.

Cook County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (574,275), followed by Kane County (72,946), and Lake County (63,036).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (23), followed by Pope County (24), and Scott County (25).
