Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Illinois Hispanic White alone male population was 969,590; and represented 15.36% of the total Illinois male population in 2011.

Cook County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone male population (591,522), followed by Kane County (76,330), and Lake County (66,433).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Hispanic White alone male population (17), followed by Stark County (25), and Hardin County (25).
