Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Illinois Hispanic White alone female population was 1,035,616; and represented 16.01% of the total Illinois female population in 2020.

Cook County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (617,631), followed by Kane County (75,878), and Lake County (75,166).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (15), followed by Scott County (18), and Edwards County (18).
