Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,116,670; and represented 64.43% of the total North Carolina male population in 2014.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (299,756), followed by Mecklenburg County (239,479), and Guilford County (128,326).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,124), followed by Hyde County (1,824), and Washington County (2,678).
