Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Asian Alone male population in Kentucky was 39,527 and represented 1.76% of the total Kentucky male population (2,243,135).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone male population (13,264), followed by Fayette County (7,037), and Warren County (4,097).
