Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Asian Alone male population in Kentucky was 35,319 and represented 1.60% of the total Kentucky male population (2,203,309).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone male population (11,796), followed by Fayette County (6,661), and Warren County (3,231).
