Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Asian Alone male population in Kentucky was 36,463 and represented 1.63% of the total Kentucky male population (2,235,946).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone male population (12,317), followed by Fayette County (6,634), and Warren County (3,450).
