Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Asian Alone male population in Kentucky was 37,406 and represented 1.67% of the total Kentucky male population (2,234,089).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone male population (12,621), followed by Fayette County (6,757), and Warren County (3,649).
