Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all Missouri counties, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (45.04%), followed by Pemiscot County (25.85%), and St. Louis County (24.75%).
