Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Missouri counties, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (45.73%), followed by Pemiscot County (25.67%), and St. Louis County (24.55%).
