Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all Michigan counties, Mackinac County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (17.18%), followed by Chippewa County (15.57%), and Baraga County (12.72%).
