Marion County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (23.21), followed by Benton County (22.14), and Baxter County (19.16). On the other hand, Desha County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-22.88), followed by Chicot County (-21.92), and Phillips County (-21.1).
