According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration rate for Arkansas was 5.83. Marion County had the highest net domestic migration rate (22.98) followed by Baxter County (19.21), and Izard County (19.13). On the other hand, Phillips County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-24.66), followed by Desha County (-22.69), and Chicot County (-21.82).
