Luce County had the highest net domestic migration rate (29.11) followed by Oscoda County (27.46), and Montmorency County (24.8). On the other hand, Ionia County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-10.45), followed by Washtenaw County (-10), and Wayne County (-8.75).
