Van Buren County had the highest net domestic migration rate (30.61) followed by Madison County (30.59), and Marion County (26.97). On the other hand, Phillips County had the lowest net domestic migration rate (-27.73), followed by Desha County (-21.83), and Jefferson County (-18.04).
