According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2021, the net domestic migration for New Jersey was -32,628. Ocean County had the highest net domestic migration (9,976) followed by Monmouth County (3,567), and Burlington County (2,396). On the other hand, Hudson County had the lowest net domestic migration (-24,640), followed by Essex County (-10,446), and Passaic County (-7,689).
