According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2019, the net domestic migration for New Jersey was -48,119. Ocean County had the highest net domestic migration (4,196) followed by Burlington County (339), and Cape May County (171). On the other hand, Hudson County had the lowest net domestic migration (-10,387), followed by Middlesex County (-7,427), and Essex County (-6,116).
