According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -7,128. Johnson County had the highest net domestic migration (1,291) followed by Leavenworth County (427), and Butler County (352). On the other hand, Wyandotte County had the lowest net domestic migration (-3,260), followed by Geary County (-1,377), and Riley County (-901).
