According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2012, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -4,628. Riley County had the highest net domestic migration (1,989) followed by Johnson County (1,848), and Geary County (1,271). On the other hand, Sedgwick County had the lowest net domestic migration (-1,629), followed by Shawnee County (-753), and Finney County (-590).
