According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net domestic migration for Kansas was -5,358. Sedgwick County had the highest net domestic migration (771) followed by Miami County (540), and Leavenworth County (425). On the other hand, Wyandotte County had the lowest net domestic migration (-1,811), followed by Geary County (-1,284), and Riley County (-1,019).
