Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the South Dakota Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 352,649; and represented 83.16% of the total South Dakota female population in 2015.

Minnehaha County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (77,392), followed by Pennington County (43,291), and Lincoln County (25,052).

On the other hand, Buffalo County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (152), followed by Oglala Lakota County (278), and Ziebach County (318).
