Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the South Dakota Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 347,018; and represented 84.58% of the total South Dakota female population in 2011.

Minnehaha County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (74,602), followed by Pennington County (41,715), and Lincoln County (22,430).

On the other hand, Buffalo County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (152), followed by Oglala Lakota County (223), and Ziebach County (314).
