Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the South Dakota Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 350,410; and represented 83.67% of the total South Dakota female population in 2013.

Minnehaha County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (76,218), followed by Pennington County (42,669), and Lincoln County (23,767).

On the other hand, Buffalo County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (154), followed by Oglala Lakota County (257), and Ziebach County (313).
