Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Ohio Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 736,836; and represented 12.48% of the total Ohio female population in 2012.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (203,818), followed by Franklin County (136,474), and Hamilton County (112,077).

On the other hand, Vinton County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (14), followed by Wyandot County (15), and Noble County (19).
