Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Ohio Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population was 763,038; and represented 12.83% of the total Ohio female population in 2017.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (201,654), followed by Franklin County (154,564), and Hamilton County (114,638).

On the other hand, Noble County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (21), followed by Wyandot County (22), and Vinton County (23).
