Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (76,364), followed by Ramsey County (30,750), and Dakota County (10,941).

On the other hand, Lincoln County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Lake of the Woods County (4), and Mahnomen County (5).
