Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (72,411), followed by Ramsey County (29,309), and Dakota County (9,861).

On the other hand, Mahnomen County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (1), followed by Lincoln County (2), and Big Stone County (2).
