Hennepin County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (74,263), followed by Ramsey County (30,051), and Dakota County (10,382).

On the other hand, Mahnomen County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (2), followed by Lincoln County (2), and Big Stone County (3).
