Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (80,601), followed by Berks County (36,442), and Lehigh County (36,167).

On the other hand, Forest County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (14), followed by Cameron County (25), and Sullivan County (32).
