Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Pennsylvania Hispanic White alone female population was 356,681; and represented 5.46% of the total Pennsylvania female population in 2018.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (81,252), followed by Lehigh County (35,221), and Berks County (34,010).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (23), followed by Forest County (33), and Sullivan County (35).
