Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Pennsylvania Hispanic White alone female population was 299,838; and represented 4.59% of the total Pennsylvania female population in 2013.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (71,599), followed by Berks County (28,871), and Lehigh County (28,776).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (16), followed by Sullivan County (25), and Forest County (39).
