Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Ohio Hispanic White alone female population was 154,744; and represented 2.62% of the total Ohio female population in 2013.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (26,027), followed by Franklin County (23,254), and Lucas County (11,579).

On the other hand, Noble County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (20), followed by Monroe County (27), and Vinton County (31).
