Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Ohio Hispanic White alone male population was 165,542; and represented 2.92% of the total Ohio male population in 2013.

Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone male population (26,126), followed by Franklin County (25,822), and Lucas County (11,622).

On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest Hispanic White alone male population (28), followed by Morgan County (42), and Vinton County (43).
