Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone female population (23,839), followed by Franklin County (20,830), and Lucas County (10,941).

On the other hand, Noble County had the lowest Hispanic White alone female population (17), followed by Monroe County (23), and Morgan County (28).
