Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone male population (26,890), followed by Franklin County (26,680), and Lucas County (11,806).

On the other hand, Monroe County had the lowest Hispanic White alone male population (26), followed by Vinton County (41), and Morgan County (42).
