Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Asian Alone female population in Kentucky was 41,911 and represented 1.84% of the total Kentucky female population (2,283,019).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone female population (13,504), followed by Fayette County (7,168), and Warren County (3,965).
