Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Asian Alone female population in Kentucky was 40,634 and represented 1.79% of the total Kentucky female population (2,275,047).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone female population (13,063), followed by Fayette County (7,046), and Warren County (3,783).
