Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Asian Alone female population in Kentucky was 38,681 and represented 1.70% of the total Kentucky female population (2,272,209).

Among Kentucky counties, Jefferson County had the highest Asian Alone female population (12,420), followed by Fayette County (6,898), and Warren County (3,367).
