According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 4,498 total arrests made in US suburban areas for vagrancy offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (2.56K), followed by Black or African American (1.86K), and Asian (49).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 4,109 (91%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (3.60K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (507).
