According to the FBI UCR data, in 2024, there were 5,409 total arrests made in US suburban areas for vagrancy offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (3.15K), followed by Black or African American (2.05K), and Asian (141).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 5,056 (93%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (4.51K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (541).
