According to the FBI UCR data, in 2023, there were 578 total arrests made in US nonmetropolitan counties for vagrancy offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (526), followed by Black or African American (46), and Asian (3).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 564 (98%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (554), followed by Hispanic or Latino (10).
