According to the FBI UCR data, in 2022, there were 9,567 total arrests made in US metropolitan counties for liquor laws offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (7.96K), followed by Black or African American (1.30K), and Asian (153).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 7,578 (79%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (6.06K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (1.52K).
